The all-rounder for joints and cracks

Secure sealing of:

Strong self-adhesive, flexible sealing strip of elastomeric bitumen-coated aluminium foil.

Adhesive layer:

Adheres and seals reliably metal, plastics, concrete, masonry, plaster, glass and wood
High initial adhesion, even in the colder months

Aluminium layer:

Secure sealing of joints and cracks, gutters, connections of roof and wall coverings, glass roofs, greenhouses, steel structures, roofing, sealing sheets, mantelpieces…
The surface must be dry, free of frost, silicone and grease. Remove rust and loose particles with wire brush.
Prime porous surfaces with primer and let it dry completely. Sharp edges or interior angles should be rounded.
For crease-free application the silicon paper should be removed continuously from the adhesive layer during rolling. For smaller pieces, the material can be cut to length and freed from the backing paper prior to bonding.
Press the tape on the entire surface with a cloth or a hard rubber roller, bubbles are pushing away sideways.
Do not apply in frost or rain. Optimal processing temperature is between 5 °C and 40 °C. At lower temperatures, the tape can be blown by a hot air blower to stick fast.
The tape can be painted over, but a possible blooming of the bituminous composition may occur.
