Material
Radiator insulation panel made of polyurethane foam, coated on both sides with an aluminium foil. Unilateral, parallel incisions (laminated side) for a flexible processing of plates. Extremely pressure-resistant, fire class B2 acc. DIN 4102.

Heat resistant up to 110 ° C, briefly up to 220 ° C.

No decay, odorless, resistant to dilute acids and alkalis, oils, greases, structural and wood preservatives.

Thermal conductivity of 0.030 W / mK.
Locking value as a vapor barrier:
sd value = 550 m equivalent air layer thickness
Processing
Substrate must be absorbent, sound and clean. Plates if necessary cut to size. Dispersion finished adhesive as Korff-Superwand glue DS or Metylan Ovalit S on the laminated side of the insulation board with a notched trowel B2 or B3, apply evenly (depending on substrate).
